  2. What are your standard Terms and Conditions?
    Once a contract has been signed, we issue an invoice made according to the Payment Schedule, which is a part of the Project Plan approved by you. Usually invoices are paid by wire transfer or pay pal. Copyright on the final software belongs to the client only.
  3. How can I be assured that I am not wasting my time and money?

    You can refer to our Software Development Methodology / Process. If you still have any questions, problem concerns, you can contact us. We will spend as much time as needed to explain, provide additional information or make a testing, make a model plan with no extra fees or charges.

    We can also provide with some required suggestions. We can assure you best quality at low price but in case of offshore web or software development you should yourself think about outsourcing project to other company.

    Our development process of website or software is transparent. You can monitor every phase of development. The complete scope of the work is defined at the initial phase of development and approved by you. Anything that you don’t like can be changed very soon.     Agreement for safety is the third risk. For safeguarding both sides agreements for responsibilities, payments and other issues have to be well made-up and agreed by both the parties.

  8. Can I try your services before giving you an important and big Project?
    Yes, you can request us to do a pilot or model, testing project. We will do it with minimal payment or even with free of charge in case of successful completion. But it all depends on how “big” a project is.
  9. What should I provide you to create a proposal?
    Generally technical documentation, specifications, and design documents about your project we need for. But in case that you are not technical person and don’t know anything about how to develop you just call and CriiSys will ask questions to determine what is needed from you to create a proposal
  10. What do you mean by an estimate?

    An estimate of your project means after doing requirement analysis and checking feasibility of your needs providing with u with rough idea about cost and work.

  11. What is the difference between proposal and an estimate?

    An estimate is designed to give you a rough idea of what the project will cost. A proposal shows you project profile, system specification, context level diagram of the system, design and coding methodology, deliverables and schedule of the project.

  12. What do you expect from client during the project?
    Your involvement in the project is essential. In general you need to provide whatever technical and business specifications you have, to answer questions in a reasonable time, and to provide prompt, honest, and thorough feedback on software releases. Still the exact nature of the involvement of client depends greatly on the type of project.
  13. Do you provide post-development support?
    Yes, we do support all software we design and deliver on the basis of a separate support/maintenance contracts. This generally includes bug tracking and fixing. Feature enhancements and developments are handled as separate contracts. We track all post maintenance requests, issues, bugs, etc. We also provide maintenance or redesign of web or software developed by other vendors.
  14. How can I be sure of security from competitors?
    We have confidentiality agreement with each and every team member. This confidentiality is also validated through the existing laws. Most importantly, our team consists of skilled professionals, who would not risk their career or professional integrity by misusing a customer's code.
  15. What kinds of guarantee do I get about the work?

    We give you a one-month of warranty after the final delivery for all bug-fixing, etc. After the warranty period, we sign a separate monthly or quarterly support/maintenance contract with you, so that you continue to get ongoing support.

  16. How does CriiSys protect confidentiality?
    Before a initiating a project, CriiSys signs a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the client. Under this agreement, we keep the client and project-related information in strict confidence. Any references or client’s web or software development project details are not revealed without the prior approval of the client. We also have a Non Disclosure agreement with our employees so that the confidential information of the client will not be shared or leaked to any external entity.

    Yes, we can provide you with our client references. We have built solid relationships with our clients by helping them meet their business objectives and providing services and support whenever required.   1. How do we get started?

    The first step of getting started is to set your requirements related to developer. You can also ask one of our senior representatives who are happy to assist you with your requirements.

    When availability of the developer was confirmed and everything was agreed upon, you will have to sign the contract which will be sent to you.

    Once we get confirmation from your end we can start with proceedings.

  2. How long does it take to get a developer started on my work once we pay charges?
    Once the payment is made it will take approx. 3-5 days of lead time to schedule the start date.
  3. Will my Hired Developers speak English or any other international languages?

    Yes, all our developers are speaking English. Unfortunately currently we do not provide support for other than English language.

  4. What is the length of contract?

    There is no fix length of contract as it totally depends on what agreement you are going with. We provide different options for your different requirements

  5. How does payment take place?

    The best options for payment would be either Pay Pal or Wire Transfer.

  6. If I hire a developer, does that mean I have that person dedicated only for me?

    Yes. The developer you hire, like all other regular employees, will work full-time (8 hours a day, 5 days a week) dedicating it only to you.

  7. Could I hire a developer for a project based Task?

    Yes, you can hire the developer as your own offshore employee to work on any of your current / multiple project requirements.

  8. Do you have a price list for developers with different skills?

    Yes we do have. If you can send us your contact details we can provide you that information.

  9. What is the set-up cost and when is it due?

    We do not charge for any set-up cost or fees. All this part will be provided free of charge. We do all paper work and agreement from our end. There is only hiring charges which again depend on your requirements

  10. How do I give working instructions and training to my hired developer?

    You can give instructions to your developers by using Instant Messenger, Email, phone etc.

  11. Are my business secrets and information safe with your company?

    Yes. The data mined and information produced for a client shall be the property of the client. Neither the company nor appointed developer could sell, transfer or use the work product to any party other than the client.

  12. Would you replace my developer if I am not satisfied with the performance?

    Yes. We will certainly replace your developer if we see that there really is a shortcoming on the developer’s end.

  13. How is reporting arranged? How often will I be updated?

    Normally, formal reporting is done on a daily or weekly basis via e-mail or one of the communication tools. If you want to change the reporting procedure, it's up to you. After all, you are the one who runs the show.

    No problem. We can assign alternate developer for you if developer is sick or on long holidays. We always have contract with employee so if incase he thinks to leave he still need to give three months notice period so we will get enough time to replace or transfer work from one developer to another .
  16. I’m interested in employing/hiring a programmer; how shall we proceed?

  17. How much will I save if I use your offshore team?

    Overall savings may vary. It can be from 30%, compared to the traditional project based outsourcing model, and up to 60%, compared to in-house development. Moreover, there are no infrastructure, benefit or payroll tax expenses.

  19. Will I own all of the source code produced by my Offshore Team?

    Yes, you will. ALL work projects created by your Offshore Team are considered "work made for hire," and the intellectual property rights embodied in it are your sole and exclusive property.

  20. Where are your offshore teams located?

  21. What kind of facilities and equipment do you have? How fast is your Internet connection?

  22. Do I have to pay any bonuses to the team apart from monthly wages?

    No there is no need for that. We appreciate for your consideration

  23. Does the billing rate depend on the team members' experience, skills, language proficiency etc?

    Yes definitely it will be depending on which level of expertise developer you would like to work with. For more detailed information you can contact us anytime

    There is no restriction or bond in hiring. It is totally depend on size of project and time limit. So you can hire a single developer or team of developers its totally on size of project, time duration, cost etc.

  25. Does an ODT consist of specialists who work for you on a permanent basis, or do you form each new team from scratch?

    In this case generally we have set of teams who specially work for hiring only but still depending on level of experience and development knowledge we can give you a new team members from other than hiring team

  26. Is there a way that I can see previous technical work done by that prospective employee and how much time each of those projects took?

    Yes definitely there is no issue on that we can provide you reference sites and work done by each individual

  27. How soon can you assemble my ODT?

    We can start building team once you give us all required information related to work with time duration and budget

  28. Can you put together a team to work for me onshore?

    Normally we don't provide onsite hire but as a special request we can consider that option as well based on our time & resource availability.

  29. How will the members of my team be selected? Will I be able to participate in the selection process?

    The core team members are selected from our experienced software engineers. If necessary, we employ additional programmers and testers using our database of qualified and skilled candidates.

    During the selection phase, you review the resumes of all potential team members, and can interview the candidates via IM or voice chat

  30. How do I make sure that programmers, managers, and other specialists on the team have appropriate experience?

    We will handpick the most suitable resource based on your technical requirements. All the resources we have are on in-house basis & meet internal benchmarking & quality standards. If required, we can also schedule a direct interview with the developer prior to proceeding further with the hire contract.

  31. Is it possible to establish a test period for an offshore team? Say, one month?

    No. We do not provide any test period currently but yes you can go for bi-weekly option to start with

  32. Is it possibly for us to pay you weekly up front rather than monthly until we develop trust in the relationship?

    We are going to sign service agreement, which is defined for both of us. But if you still want, then we can proceed with weekly or Bi-Weekly and If you like our service then we can plan for Monthly service onwards just to create your trust in our company.

  33. What if I'm not satisfied with the performance of a team or team Member?

    If you are not satisfied with the performance of a team member, we will replace them within 30 days of your request at no extra cost to you.

  34. I can solve most in-house problems fast enough not to hamper the implementation. How will I be able to work things out with my Offshore team?

    You'll do it the same way you've always done it. The physical distance between you and your development team and the difference in time zones will be compensated for by prompt communication.

    Appointed Lead Managers or Project Managers will ensure your plans are implemented, and your instructions are followed.

  35. Do you provide a local manager with whom I can meet in person on a regular basis?

    No, unfortunately we do not provide that on regular basis but yes if our representative is there in your city for some time then we can always fix up meeting.

  36. Is the difference in time zones a problem?

    The difference in time zones is a natural consequence of the situation when the development team is in another area of the world. The best way around this is setting mutually acceptable times for online meetings.

    If you want to have your Development Team working hours shifted so they better align with yours, we can arrange it, but it needs to be done when we are assembling the team. However, this requirement can raise the cost of the service, as the team members will have to work a nonstandard schedule.

    Also, note that the time difference may be an advantage, if you are interested in "round-the-clock" programming. Working with the overseas team in shifts, so that programming goes on 24 hours a day, is extremely efficient if you need to reduce the time to market.

  37. If I wish to visit Offshore Development Place, is it possible?

    Yes, definitely you are welcome at any time even before starting work or in between development work

  38. What are the terms and conditions necessary prior to signing up?

    We will provide you an agreement with all terms and conditions written in it which you can read prior to sign it.

  39. Is it possible to add or remove resources during the tenure of a contract?

    Yes absolutely. We are flexible and comfortable in that we can find new resources for you quickly as well as scale down your operations smoothly.

  40. Can I renew a contract?

    Yes, you can renew or extend your contract and continue with the same resources. You can also submit a new requirement.

  41. How can I terminate a contract before lapse of the original period?

    You will have to give one-month notice before terminating the services of an employee. If the number of your dedicated employees is more than 5, you will have to give us 3 month notice.

  42. What happens if hired employees do not meet required standards?

    You can choose to terminate the services of the employees by giving an appropriate notice-period. We can provide you with alternate resources if you so desire.

  43. What is the skill set available?

    We have a pool of experienced & skilled professionals who can work full time for your project(s) in the following languages:

  44. I have different requirements. What should I do?

  45. Will the cost remain the same for employees with different skill sets like PHP, .NET etc...?

  46. Will I be able to hire more employees at a later stage?

    Of course. You can hire more employees at a later stage and we would love to provide you more.

  47. Do you provide technical support and maintenance?

    Yes, we provide. Our Technical support and maintenance team not just works on bug fixing and trouble shooting, but also enhances existing applications, adding new content and upgrading applications with new technology.

  48. Is testing incorporated as a component within your pricing structure?

    Development will be done as per international standard & benchmarked quality structure. A good developer always tests his/ her work prior to submitting, as we understand that part & follow it. On a side note a dedicated Quality Analyst/ Test Engineer can also be hired to expedite the process.

  49. Do I understand it correct that there are two possible option of co-operation?

    Yes, you are correct. We have two different business models namely Hire Dedicated developer which is a time based service & Fixed cost/ project basis model which is project based service.

  50. If I hire a dedicated developer for example for a month, he will need time first to get to know the website/project? How does this work? Will he or she be able to work and to find his way around or he or she will first take some time to get to know the website and then start working?

    Generally if you give him or her all required information, then it takes maximum 1-2 days to understand the project and start working on it. It doesn’t take much time to understand the system if enough documents / information are provided. Generally from 1st day developer starts working on site and simultaneously he will get to know about other modules of the site.

  51. Do all your developers work from the same office and they share the same IP addresses of your company Internet provider? I need that to know if it comes to give the access to DB and FTP.

    Yes all our employees are working from same office. IP might not be same each time but certainly there can be IP range. We can solve this problem by providing separate internet connection which has static IP for that PC in special case.

  52. Will you be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement? Is signing a scanned copy and sending over email ok for you or your prefer fax?

    We are always ready Sign NDA and Service Agreement if client required. If you want we can always provide you a copy of NDA just send us an email with your contact details

    We prefer FAX but Scanned copy is also ok. Your convenience is our satisfaction.

  53. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Bank Wire Transfer and Paypal.

  54. If I signed the agreement to hire a dedicated developer or a team working on a project then after if you require a down payment, and the down payment is sent, how fast they can start working?

    On signing the agreement & once the payment is made it will take approx. 3-5 days of lead time to schedule the start date of the developer.
